Description of Position:Edward Howard is looking for career-minded public relations professionals to join our growing and award-winning team in our Cleveland, Ohio office. We have an immediate opportunity for an account executive. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Supporting staff members in the day-to-day servicing of the firm’s clients • Contributing to client satisfaction and growth by applying a variety of communications skills necessary to serve client needs as directed by client team leaders; Skills include superior research, writing, media relations, social media and idea generation capabilities • Building positive working relationships and working as a liaison with colleagues, clients and the media Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in public relations or a related communications field • Minimum of three years experience in the public relations field as a full-time professional. Agency experience is preferred. • Strong presentation skills • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance priorities • Demonstrated client service orientation • High level of initiative • Demonstrated proficiency in social media • Skilled in developing powerpoint presentations We offer meaningful, award-winning assignments, recognition and a comprehensive benefits plan.
