The Impact Group, a leading marketing communications agency, recently hired Kristen Kalich as senior manager of client fulfillment. She is responsible for managing clients’ public relations programs, and marketing and advertising initiatives.

 

 

In this role, Kalich will develop and implement clients’ marketing communications programs. She is also responsible for coordinating The Impact Group’s publicity efforts.

 

Prior to joining The Impact Group, Kalich was a PR Specialist at Sonnhalter.

 

Kalich earned her Master’s of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Speech Communication and English from Miami University of Ohio.

 

She currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio.
