Communication training company launched

Solon, Ohio, April 6, 2009 – Veteran Northeast Ohio public relations executives David Meeker, APR, Fellow PRSA, and Davis Young, APR, Fellow PRSA, are launching a communication training venture to provide specialized instruction and counsel for business leaders.

Joining Meeker-Young as a senior facilitator is Donald E. Eagon, Jr., former Vice President, Global Communication and Investor Relations at Diebold, Incorporated. He is also former chairman of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).

At the outset, clients can select from 14 training modules. The firm plans to add other modules and senior facilitators.

Meeker and Young were both long-time executives with the Cleveland-based Edward Howard public relations firm where they have served as senior counselors in recent years. That role and relationship will continue in the future.
